A Birthday Note

Hello,
Here is another lovely CAS card, I really like it as it is so simple and easy to do. here take a look.

1. form 41/4 x 51/2 card from red cardstock.
2. cut a 4 x 51/4 piece from white cardstock.
3. Cut 4 1" circles from patterned papers. layer onto white cardstock. If you wish you can use a little adhesive to hold circles in place. randomly machine-stitch circles in place (or you can do it by hand like me). Center and adhere cardstock panel to a card front.
4. wrap twine around top of the card front, tying ends into a bow. attach sentiment sticker to a card along bottom edge. (or you can first stamp sentiment before you attach circles)

LOTV Baby girl

Hi Bloggers,
Here is my card with a lovely Sentiment from LOTV (Lilly of the valley) stamp set. I like this sentiments. Not just because they are so original, funny and great quality but also because they are in a different shape and sizes of the font. They are good size to cover a nice piece of card and still have a space to add embellishments. I really like their sentiment stamps.

This card contains mostly white cards stock. I mount everything onto 5"x5" base card. Than I cut small square and cut out a circle. I use Ranger ink pad to cover square in light pink and red barn door to stamp GIRL and DUMMY. I stamp separately all the embellishments, color them in with copics and cut out in front of some movie :o)

Below you can find close up of my coloring. I added some glitter to finish my card. I made the same on for a boy, and I think I prefer my blue one much better. Maybe because I have two boys and I am not in girls stuff so much recently.

Micro beads

HI Everyone. I am back with new Christmas cards for the Splitcoaststampers Challenge. This time I prepared something different. I have been trying to use Micro beads and haven't had a chance before. I made this card using some silver stickers of snowflakes, some white satin ribbon, merry christmas stamp and double side sheet, finally micro beads. they are amazing and give such a nice blurry view. however they reflect light which makes cards look more attractive. I think I will keep using it more and more.

Christmas December I 2013

Hi All,
It is winter now. My weather is cold, windy and scary... brrrrrrrrrrr I do not like when it is windy, plus its going to rain ..... oh anyway it seems it is winter comming and I have a new first card for December. Its a little something with papaermania stamps, red cardstock, twine, confetti snowflake and white gel pen.It does not have dark corner it is the light - I like to photograph my cards when it's day light. not always the best but at least colors are true.

This is as well my entry to Sketch Saturday Challenge. I rotate left the sketch so my main star is the 2 snowflakes on the top left corner and sentiment is at the bottom.

Christmas November II 2013

HI,
Here is my second card for the Christmas Card Challenge for Splitcoaststampers. This time I tried to use a DP from Papermania (I think?? need to check this later ) and stamp from Papaeramia . I added old olive ribbon, some white faux stitching and red cardstock. This card is easel card, you can't see this on the picture, but it is 6"x6" size , supported by a Merry Christmas sentence at the bottom. I already send so I can't take more pictures, sorry.

Happy 65th Birthday...

Hello Bloggers,
Today I am presenting my Man card. I made it for my friend 65th Birthday (I could make for his retirement too if I knew that he decided to go on). I just love how it turned out. I was thinking for a long time how to do it and what, but I got struck by a lightning - and I came up with this. You can't find it in any shop and it has his name on it (I just did not show on pictures). it is super easy and fun car to make. NOT just for Birthdays, but for Christmas too and Easter.

I think I will be making a lot of them this Christmas. here take a look.

You can't see it too good but the whole card is made from one piece of paper, and the collar is sticking out.

Inside  I used LOTV stamp set Grunge and Hero Arts sentiment, with some 3D stars.

Clothes bits

Hello, this is my another challenge. I have so lots to put on my blog that there always is not enough time to do it... even now when you have extra hour ;)

Anyway, This task for you is to make card or something with CLOTHES BITS
!!!! Yes, you hear clothes bits... all those small ribbons that are stuck your arms inside clothes. Yes, this is the one I am talking about. There are still good and very useful. You cut them off and throw away , but I ... I show you how to make something for someone.

Start with gathering all the pieces you have go. put them in one pile and trim them all to one size. BUT be careful you need to measure how long you need. the distance is between one strip to another. 

Next, you cut 2 pieces of cardstock of your choice, put double side type on one of them and start arranging your ribbons. you can put as many as you wish, in any order. If you need another layer of type just do it, and put some more ribbons. Try not to overload the strips and put max 2 layers of type (last layers of type is to mount to card ) to attache ribbons. just like on the picture below ....

when you finish cut a piece card, stamp sentiment....

..... than when you finished organizing your ribbons, take second piece of card, flatten the ribbons and attache the strip to the bottom. so it looks like that.

..... attache sentiment and mount your ribbons. this is how the card looks like.

hI. here is another card For CCC 2013. this is a great challenge. I have already a full pack of Christmas cards for this year and some more ideas for new cards for next year. WoW !!! I sure do like this fantastic team work. All the ladies putting their work to help in making Christmas cards, and sharing their ideas with other is really wonderful. It makes me proud to be part of this group.

And this is my card for next Month. I will have to take more pictures of my latest once. But today is just this little blue star.

Hello, Card below is made for a CCC 2013. I used some table decoration, random papers, edge punch, silver ribbon and StaznOn black. I stick it all together and add soem snowflakes to finish off. Decorated inside with white paper.

Christmas October I

Hello, my card is very simple and so easy to make. You just add some chalk, Versamark Ink, black ink and some sticker with a stamp. All you need to do is stamp few baubles onto bottom of your card with Versamark and add some chalk of your choice. More chalk here and less somewhere else to make few shadows. Than add stickers as a lines and finish with black Merry Christmas sentiment.
AS you can see I made extra special insert with stickers and sentiment. All stamps are from Stampin' UP.

Purple pot

Hi. the weather is really nice lately and even if it is a Autumn it is still nice outside. I look forward to go out and see how the world has change its colours. my card does not have Autumn colours but it looks good with this time of a year. It is happy and simple. made with some SU stamp (I stamped image at my friends house and forgot it I have it, found with nor name of set ... sorry) papermania markers, random papers and white base card, completed with gem stones and stickers and ribbon.

 

 I just love haow it came out so clean and simple.

Easter 2013

Hello, Today I'm posting one of my Easter cards. i know, I know ... It is not Easter coming but still "cards has to be made ....." . I will be posting my cards for this year Easter and for the next year as well. having two small childrren is not easy to craft, so i use every time to make myself in front of every big events..... hopefully I will not miss Christmas presents .... hi hi hi

Christmas #14 September II

Hello. Another Sunday closer to Christmas and my collection of cards is getting bigger with every single day. This is my card for Splitcoaststampers Christmas card Challenge September 2013. You can find there lots more inspirations for your cards.
This one was made with Distress ink pads, SU chocolate chip ink, twine, red copic marker, masking and some snow. I especially put twine on the angle so it looks a little bit different than usually. take a look how it came out...

Christmas #13 September I

Just to update my status at CCC at Splitcoaststampers with my new Card for Christmas. I did it some time ago and did not have a chance to post it. So this month would be just as good as any other.
Anyway, the weather is getting worst so I need some cheerful colours to keep me happy till Christmas. Hope you like my colours too...

3 Step card

On my card I used one of the lady stamps from my collection. It is my first attempt to make a 3 step card. I used 2 flower punches to make a flowers, some circle sticker to add a shine, red ribbon, a stamp which I have from Ally Pally, corner and border punch from SU and chocolate chip paper from SU as well.
 I like that stamp a lot, I will probably use it again in future.

 here you can see I layered her dress to add some dimensions ....

Hi. I am not fan of sequins but these ones are really pretty and I decide to make a card.
I put a strip double side type and fill it with sequins. than I saw them with black thread, and to finish it I used diamond dust to make it sparkly.
I stamped flowers with white ink, and colored in the picture.

Christmas #12 August II

Hi. How nice it is for me I almost have a all the Christmas cards for this year. Here is my another card for August and is the last one for this month. still 8 to go to finish this year plan. Hopefully I will be able to finish all of them with my 2 little once running around.

I used one of the SU stamps. I do not have it, it is from my friend stash so I do not know how it is called- sorry for that. the rest is just inspiration. I hand draw christams decoratiosns and addesd some glitter.
